Twenty Transportation Driver Dispatch Texts

1. The program

Twenty Transportation Driver Dispatch Texts is a text messaging program run by Twenty Transportation, Inc. for truck drivers who haul for us and have opted in. Messages are sent from our dispatch number, (626) 816-3334.

2. What messages you will receive

Dispatch messages about your work with us: load assignments; container pickup, delivery and empty-return instructions; terminal appointment times and changes; and status questions about your current loads. You can also text dispatch, and dispatch will reply. Messages may be in English or Chinese. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

3. How you join

Drivers opt in by signing our SMS consent on paper or completing the same consent online; see Driver SMS Consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or of working with Twenty Transportation. After you opt in, you will receive this message:

Twenty Transportation: You are subscribed to dispatch texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your loads and schedule.

5. Cost

Twenty Transportation does not charge for these text messages. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

6. How to stop (opt out)

Reply STOP to (626) 816-3334 at any time. Replying STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT also works. You will receive one confirmation message:

Twenty Transportation: You are unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

After that, we will not text you unless you opt in again. You can also ask dispatch or call (626) 239-8227 to stop texts.

7. How to opt back in

Reply START to (626) 816-3334.

8. Help

Reply HELP to (626) 816-3334, call (626) 239-8227, or email info@20trans.net. The HELP reply is:

9. Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and other major U.S. carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. If you change your number

If you change or give up your mobile number, tell dispatch so that we stop texting that number.

11. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
